We are a central HR department within the municipal management administration that delivers services to the entire organization. The purpose is to enable effective and professional processes, so that managers can exercise safe, clear, and courageous leadership. We are now looking for an HR Coordinator who wants to work with us for a parental leave substitute for one year with the possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities

The role of HR Coordinator with us involves a broad and independent workload. You will report to the HR Manager, and the position will be shared between the HR unit and the payroll unit, both of which are part of the HR department.

In the role of HR Coordinator, you are expected to support the organization's managers and HR specialists in issues such as system administration in tools like our own training platform Kunskapstorget (Grade), HR handbook (draft-it), and recruitment system (Varbi). You will also handle service statements, partial and annual reporting, invoicing, bonuses, and provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

You will serve as the secretary in the central safety committee and IFM, as well as at HR meetings. Overall, a large part of your work at the HR department will be to oversee and coordinate various parts of projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and workflows function smoothly.

The work is varied and conducted independently with a lot of personal responsibility. The HR department has a strategic central mission, and we actively work to develop our overarching HR processes across all HR areas. Together, we continuously work with a shared holistic approach based on our professional judgment.

Qualifications

To thrive with us, you are a person with good organizational skills. You appreciate conducting independent and administrative work where you apply your expertise based on current strategies, legislation, and governing documents. You are loyal to decisions made.

You get things done and work with a high level of personal maturity and a structured approach. You have a desire to develop the processes you work with and see good service as a given. Furthermore, you are good at collaborating with colleagues, managers, employee organizations, and employees in the organization.

You have a post-secondary education in HR or equivalent that the employer assesses as relevant. You possess digital maturity, and speak and write fluently in Swedish. The applicant should have experience in similar work and in a municipal environment. If you have experience with the aforementioned systems, we view that positively.
